The RUN4ACRF event held Fri Aug 23rd from 6:30pm will now be a totally optional GOLD COIN donation to run, walk or crawl 5km around the Mawson Lakes parkrun course. It's an awareness run where everyone is encouraged to wear an item of TEAL. The greater the numbers, the greater the awareness created for the need to eradicate cancer!! Would really appreciate all the support we can for this event so please pass on to everyone you know. 
No registration, No finisher medals, No timing!! Your presence in numbers alone will help us make a big statement.
