Raise money for Fannin Walk 4 Hope
All donations benefit Community Well TX (CWTX), which is a Fannin-based 501(c)(3) formed in 2019. CWTX promotes mental health and suicide prevention programs in Fannin County. Our team has three main focus areas: improving adolescent resiliency, reducing stigma and increasing direct, Fannin mental health services. CWTX sponsors the Fannin Behavioral Health Leadership Team, which is a broad coalition of mental and physical health care professionals, educators, non-profits, funders, the criminal justice system and concerned community members working together to improve the mental health of our community.
