Welcome to our year ending Coastal BRAVE Series event which this year returns as a 2 day series.

All distances start at the same time of 7:00am. Race bib and finisher medal INCLUDED for all distances.

Finish the year off running with coastalfunruns.

This is a low cost, low key event proudly supporting the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) to help #endcancer.

The event is run along the Semaphore coastline on the shared cycle/walk path.

This is an AIMS measured multi-loop 42.195km course.

All runners and walkers are welcome.

Bibs will not be mailed out but can be collected from the start from 6:15am on the day.

To ensure this remains as a fun low cost, low key successful running event we will need to rely on the assistance of volunteers. Please notify if you can help out on the day.

Note -
All "coastalfunruns" full marathon courses are measured to equal a total distance of 42.195kms (42.2kms).
Depending on the location they will contain any of the following..
an out and back 21.1km loop, a point to point 42.195km, 6 x 7.0325km loops, 4 x 10.0km loops with an added 2.20km section or 4 x 10.55km loops.
Some of our courses are AIMS certified and measured.

(Sat 28th – Self supported 42.2km marathon)
(Sun29th – Fully supported 10km, 15km & 21.1km)

Virtual Run -

Available for all events. Must be run on the actual event day at a convenient time and location of your own choosing. Includes race bib and finisher medal which would require collection when convenient as we do not post items. You will need to record your run on Strava or the like showing "elapsed" or "total" time, not "moving" time. Please send your run link or a screenshot to coastalfunruns to be included in online published results. Enjoy the journey as being Virtual means no cut-off time. All virtual runs regardless of distance at set at a fixed price of $25.00.

Self-Supported Run -

Available at selected events. Must be run at the designated event start time and location. All runners of each distance start together at the same time (unless noted otherwise). Race bibs and finisher medals are collected at the race briefing at event location. You will need to record your run on Strava or the like showing "elapsed" or "total" time, not "moving" time. Please send your run link or a screenshot to coastalfunruns to be included in online published results. Self-Supported marathon runs are eligible for inclusion in the AUSNZ 100 Marathon Club. Enjoy the journey as being Self-Supported means no cut-off time. All Self-Supported runs regardless of distance are offered at a reduced rate of $10.00 less than normal pricing.
