REGISTRATION & KIT CLAIMING
Can I claim my race kit on race day?
Yes, race kits can only be claimed during race day.
Who can register for the race?
• For 10K and 16K, participants must be 18 years and above.
• For 3K and 5K, participants must be 13 years old and above.
Children aged 12 and below are permitted to participate in the run as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants under 16 must obtain consent from their parent or guardian and complete the entry form, with the parent or guardian's signature being mandatory.
Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
As stated on the waiver, registration is non-transferrable.
Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?
Category and size cannot be changed or updated after registration.

Where should I line up for the start of the race?

Where can I leave my belongings?
Baggage deposit facilities will be made available for you. We recommend you arrive earlier than your gun time to deposit your bags to avoid delays. You must deposit your baggage/s at designated baggage deposit tents for your particular distance.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delays in retrieving bags.
We strongly advise that you do not leave any valuables in your bags. The race organizer and any of its sponsors will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal items.
What happens if I am injured along the Race route?
First Aid stations can be found along the race route as well. You may also alert Route Marshals or patrolling Paramedics regarding your injury.
THE RACE ROUTE
Will there be a cut-off time for the start of the race?
ALL CATEGORIES have a start cut-off time of 15 minutes after the gun start. Runners who arrive later than 15 minutes after the gun start will no longer be allowed to start the race for safety and security reasons.
What kind of Finisher’s entitlement will I get after I complete the race?
1. All finishers will receive loot bags and drinks after crossing the finish line. Race analysis will also be provided for each finisher of the said categories within 3 days after the race.
2. In addition to the items stated above, all 10K and 16K finishers will also receive a Finisher’s Medal.
Will there be course markers along the race routes?
Yes, course markers will be available at every kilometer along the race routes.
Will there be hydration stations available?
Yes, participants can refresh themselves with water and sports drinks provided at the hydration stations along the route.
Will there be cups on race day or can I bring my own bottle?
Yes, we will be providing small paper cups in all our hydration stations.
PARTICIPANTS
What if the race singlet does not fit me? Can I still take part in the race? Can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, you can change it to a different size during race day. Singlet sizes are subject to availability.
Are walkers permitted to take part in Hataw Takbo Bataan Dinalupihan Leg?
Yes. But should you wish to walk during the race, kindly keep to the right side of the route to allow faster competitors to pass.
Will wheelchairs, bikes, skates or strollers be allowed on the race route?
No. Instruments with built-in wheels other than those on the official vehicles will not be allowed on the race course.
How will my race timing be recorded?
The B-Tag system has been adopted to record your race timings electronically. The timing chip is located on the reverse side of your race bib. 3K, 5K, 10K, and 16K participants will be timed using an RFID timing system.
How do I use my timing chip?
Simply ensure that your timing chip is properly affixed on the reverse side of your race bib. Wear your race bib on the front of your torso. Make sure it is not covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc. Do not alter, modify, fold or wrinkle your race bib.
I want to join the race but wasn't able to register. Can I still participate?
Yes, runners who were not able to register can still join the race. However, no race inclusions (singlet, bib) will be provided to the runner, and upon crossing the finish line, medals will not be given to non-registered participants.
SUPPORTERS
Will my family and friends be allowed to come support me at the Event?
Yes, supporters are most welcome to cheer you on anywhere along the entire race route. Please remind them to be mindful not to block the path/route that the participants run in and should also observe social distancing.
Can I bring along my pets?
No. For the safety of all the race participants, pets are not permitted.
RACE AWARDS
Where and when will the Award Presentation Ceremony be held?
The Award Ceremony will be held at the activity area on the day of the race.
CHANGING AREAS AND PORTALETS
Will there be available changing areas on race day?
Yes, there will be changing area and portalets inside the activity area.
