The Flour Power Run is a unique 5K held in conjunction with King Biscuit Blues Festival and is in memory of Kenneth Freemyer, avid runner and race director for many years. The race will take you along the beautiful Mississippi River and through historic downtown Helena. Come enjoy a weekend of the river, the race and incredible blues music.
Registration costs include admission into the 5k Race, participant race t-shirt, and refreshments at the end of the race!
