Newark Turkey Trot 10k / 5k

Join us for Delaware’s oldest consecutive road race, the Turkey Trot! The Turkey Trot offers both 5K and 10K races with raffles donated by local businesses in addition to first through third place awards for age groups in 5-year increments. Vendors will be on site with information and products that may interest participants. For vendor opportunities, please visit www.newarkde.gov/play.
Shirt and number pick up is at the Newark Municipal Building (220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711) Friday, November 22 from 9:00am to 4:00pm for pre-registered participants or Saturday at Handloff Park starting at 8 a.m.

James F. Hall Scholarship Fund to provide tuition assistance to youth who would otherwise be unable to participate in activities and programs through Newark Parks and Recreation Department.
Course
USATF Certified course with rolling hills through residential areas. The 10k route is 2 loops.
