Help Clare raise money

Hello there family and friends. On Saturday 7 December 2024 I will be participating in the Manly Spin-A-Thon to with the aim to raise funds for the Harrison Riedel Foundation - a foundation that many of you know is dear to my heart. HRF has developed a fabulous app 'Your Crew" that enables young people to access support and help with their mental health. If you would like to support me pedalling away on the day, I ask that you do two things - donate whatever you can and download the app for yourself, your kids and show it to as many friends and family as you can. By getting the app out there, you may provide a support solution to a young person struggling with their mental health. Thanks! Clare xx
