Optional: Introduction to Bikejoring/Scooter on November 2nd at Shearwater Flyer Trail at 7:00am - Additional 15$
We will be offering this as an OPTIONAL second introductory clinic that you can add on to your registration. If you would like to learn how to bikejor or scooter with your dog, this option is for you!
You MUST participate in the first introduction session on foot in order to attend this one. Your dog should have a good understanding of the commands we reviewed in your first class in order to participate in wheeled sports.
You should be comfortable on a bike or scooter before attending.
You will need to bring:
- A bike or scooter that is suitable for the terrain and brakes that can immobilize the team. We highly recommend a mountain bike or scooter with disc brakes.
- A helmet
- Sunglasses or safety goggles are recommended
We will provide lines and other safety equipment.
