Each member of the team will run 2 miles of the 4 mile course. Relay exchange point is located on the Path adjacent to the Boat Launch parking lot. Runners can easily walk between the Visitor Center and the Relay Exchange point during the race.
Each team will have a timing chip on the back of their bib. You do not need to physically swap anything at the exchange point, but we recommend a "high five" exchange! Please make sure to not stop on the path while exchanging your relay runners as there will be runners behind you as well.
Overall Male, Female and Coed Relay team will win an award!
