Poley Peak Pursuit

5km & 13km Trail Race

Join us on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 10am for the Poley Peak Pursuit. Poley Mountain is just that, a mountain! For both the 5km and 13km options, runners will experience some uber flowy single track for the vast majority of the run. For some type 2 fun, the 13km option enjoys a straight shot (bottom to top) up a Poley Mountain staple, the "Chute" on the final climb - the vibes will be high as you push past the lodge!

Registration Includes: Day ticket to Poley Mountain for their Fall Festival (Visit the vendors and Ride the chair after your run!), $5 donation to a charity, a swag bag, a summit aid station, a post-race party with happy hour pricing, and some straight up good times!

  1. Online Registration Only: Closes on Friday, October 4, 2024
  2. No deferrals or refunds: Please consider the Refund Protection option at checkout. This will cover you in case of injury.
  3. Transfers:
    1. Transferring to another runner is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, October 4, 2024
    2. Transferring to another distance is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, October 4, 2024
  4. SWAG: Guaranteed for those who register before September 10th, 2024
  5. Hike/Run ticket: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A HIKE/RUN TICKET TO POLEY MOUNTAIN. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE REGISTRATION OPTION BELOW AND CHOOSE THE ONE THAT BEST APPLIES TO YOU.


**All participants will receive an 'Athlete Guide' prior to race day with all the race information you can handle.**


TRANSFER OPTIONS

1. Transferring to a new participant...

You can transfer your bib to anyone - $2.25 Race Roster fee (To be paid by the new participant)

  1. Find a willing participant, and get their email address.
  2. Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
  3. Add the new recipient's email.
  4. Once the transfer is initiated, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

The original participant is refunded their registration, and the new participant purchases the bib (plus the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee).

NOTE: The new participant must transfer into the same distance category as the original participant. After the transfer is complete, the new participant can follow the steps below if they want to transfer to a new distance, however will be subject to another $2.25 transfer fee from Race Roster.


2. Transferring to another distance (aka: sub-event)...

You can transfer to a new distance - $2.25 Race Roster fee

  1. Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
  2. Select the option: "Transfer to a new sub-event"
  3. Select the new distance you would like to transfer to
  4. Start the transfer
  5. Find the email from Race Roster, and Complete the Transfer.

If you are transfer up (aka, longer distance) your original payment will be used as a credit, and you will be charged the difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.

If you are transferring down (aka, shorter distance), you will be refunded any difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.
