Any canoe, kayak pirogue, surf ski, paddle board or other human powered boat is allowed – no restrictions. Just human muscle-powered by paddling! Run, complete the course without outside aid. Bike helmets are required, drafting will not be allowed. No outside help allowed and you must finish the course on the bike you started on.
- You can reserve a kayak/canoe on race day by calling 228-452-7666. $20 for a 2 person canoe or $20 for a 1 person kayak.
- The cost of the rental is in addition to the entry fee. So bring your own or borrow one to avoid this additional cost.
- 8:00 AM start
- Beer (21+), soft drinks, pizza, etc. after the race.
- Solo Awards:
- 1-10 Male
- 1-5 Female
- 1-3 Seniors
- Relay Awards:
- 1-3 (2 person)
- 1-3 (3 person)
- 1-3 Seniors (60+ age average)
- Team and individual awards may be adjusted on race day.
