Kīcēyitākosiwak Awāsisak
(Children Are Sacred)
Orange Shirt Day began to help spread awareness for children who attended residential schools. The orange shirt symbolizes these children having their identities stripped away.
JOIN US this SEPTEMBER 30th on the National Day For Truth and Reconciliation at the River Front Park to help honor and remember our little ancestors who never made it home. We also hold space for all survivors, and this is why we will raise funds for local grassroot movements and to support Indigenous athletes.
