Heel to Heal 5k

The GW Healing Clinic is hosting our annual Heel to Heal 5k fundraiser! The GW Healing Clinic is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization committed to expand access to health care to the vulnerable populations in and around Washington, D.C., regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Our clinic is staffed by student and physician volunteers, offers free primary and preventive care, health education, patient advocacy, laboratory testing, gynecologic screening, specialty referrals and health insurance enrollment services.

The 5k run/walk will start at Fletcher's Boathouse and will follow an out-and-back course (Link to Course Route). The race will begin at 11am on Sunday 10/27/2024. Help us raise money so the Healing Clinic can continue to support and care for underserved people in and around Washington D.C.

UPDATE: Due to road closures we are pushing back the start time to 11am and asking participants to arrive at 10:30am to check in.

Race registration is $25 for GW students and $35 for non-GW students. Registration includes 3 raffle tickets. The more money you raise, the more raffle tickets you get!

2. Under recent registrations, find the Heel-to-Heal 5K and click 'View Registration'

3. On the right under 'Fundraising', click the mail icon
