Kindred Promise was born out of the journey of Evangeline, a brave girl who, at just three years old, had to fight to survive. Her strength and resilience inspired our motto: Pray, Believe, Fight. Driven by Evangeline’s passion, we made a promise to give back through Evangeline's Stocking Drive, an initiative that has delivered over 4,000 stockings filled with activities, toys, and essentials to children and their families in hospitals since 2019.
What began in Charlotte, NC, has since expanded to New York City and Beaumont, Texas, spreading joy and hope to countless families. We are planning a drive in St. Augustine, Florida this year, as well! By joining us on 12/7/2024, you’ll help Kindred Promise continue to fund this life-changing initiative for another year. Your support will also enable us to launch our new SEID initiative (School Education Inclusion Development), providing much-needed resources and support for children with illnesses and disabilities in schools.
Together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families who need it most.

Join us for our kids "Bubble Fun Run"!
The KP5K Trail Run promises to be an unforgettable event set amidst the breathtaking backdrop of The Union Exchange. The KP5K will be what you make it. Trail run for time with a weighted vest, or take a leisurely stroll with your family. Participants will have the unique opportunity to explore enchanting nature trails, enjoy the lovingly restored farmhouse, and enjoy the kids fun run along a picturesque pond. The course winds its way through a pine forest, footbridge, and more, offering a truly immersive running experience. The path will be measured for a proper trail to equal 5k. However, runners can do more or less. Awards will be given out based only on the 5k finishing time.
After the 5k and Fun Run, Families can visit the farm animal enclosures, enjoy food, drink and enjoy the activities this beautiful location has to offer. This event caters to all levels of runners, ensuring everyone can participate. Our littlest runners can join the excitement in the Children's Fun Run.
There will be a DJ and later on, live music, and raffles. Join us for a day of fun, community, and giving back as we lace up our running shoes.
