Want to get stronger but not sure how to go about it? Join certified personal trainer, ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach and UESCA Ultra Running Coach, Kat Marks for some fun in the gym.
Kat has been working with clients for 15 years assisting them to transform their health, strength, mobility and endurance.
She is very passionate in coaching her clients to perform and achieve their individual best whether it be rehab post op, strength for life or an ultra endurance event.
Come and join us for some fun stuff like balance, stability explosive power and core. All the good stuff to set you up for the trails!
Who
Most suitable for absolute newbies and gym novices to get them confident to start training well and understand specificity of exercises for trail running and hiking.
TRSA members will have priority for this event.
What to bring
Towel, water bottle and wear gym shoes. NO muddy trail shoes please!
How much does it cost?
