Help us create the best runner experience possible!
We have Saturday, November 23rd (Bib pick-up day) & Sunday, November 24th (Race day) options available in a variety of positions - Your help is integral to the success of our event!
There are volunteer positions available for everyone:
- Bib Distribution (Sat and/or Sun)
- Runners will provide you with their Last Name, you will find them on the roster and give them their bib #
- Shirt Distribution (Sat and/or Sun)
- Handing out race shirts to runners
- Wristband Distribution/ID Check (Sat and/or Sun)
- Check ID's for drinking wristbands
- Raffle Ticket Sales (Sat and/or Sun)
- Sell raffle tickets, and record name/phone number of purchasers into a spreadsheet
- Registration Support (Sat only)
- Assist in-person registration through Race Roster website using ipad
- Race Route Flagger (Sun only)
- Staged along race route to guide runners along the course
- Food Server (Sun only)
- Serve the hot lunch buffet to participants
- Floaters/Clean-up Crew (Sun only)
- Help where needed including clearing tables, tossing trash, stocking, etc.
