Project Swim Development
Welcome to Project Swim Development, where the focus is on YOU and building a foundation to be a successful swimmer. This series includes three (3) in-person sessions over three (3) months:

Swimmers must be able to swim at least a 400 yard/meter continuous swim in order to be part of the 3 month development. This is not a learn-to-swim clinic.
Our host is the Dundee Township Park District Rakow Pool in Carpentersville, Il
Each session runs from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. (Session 1) or 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Session 2)
We’ve put together two excellent coaches. USAT Triathlon Coach Jennifer Harrison and swim instructor and creator of Push Glide Kick; Gemma Hollis.

She works with all levels of athletes from beginners to professional athletes. She is an accomplished triathlete competing in over 200 triathlons and racing everything from local sprints to Ironman Hawaii. Gemma Hollis is the owner and creator of Push Glide Kick. She is passionate about great swim technique and how this leads to improved performance. Focused on balancing technique with training to ensure efficiency and effective development for all. Her unique way of instruction will carry any newbie and/or veteran triathlete in a new direction. The time in the pool will include drills and tips to get more efficient in the water. Seeing is believing! She is an avid triathlete, competing at all levels of the sport as an age grouper.
