Gratitude Gobble Wobble

Since 2006, the Saving tiny Hearts Society (StHS) has been passionately dedicated to eliminating Congenital Heart Defects (CHD's) as a major health concern by funding revolutionary life-saving research for the #1 birth defect worldwide. To date, the StHS has funded millions of dollars research for over 70 projects around the world. StHS is one of the United States' most efficient non-profit organizations, having no paid employees and maintaining an operating overhead of less than 6% of our total revenue. Our main objective is determining how to prolong, improve and save the lives of children born with CHD.

A little about us:

The Gratitude Gobble Wobble was born last year out of love, loss, and finding a way to honor my mom by giving back to others. We thought there was no better way to honor her than to bring the community together through fitness and charity on Thanksgiving morning. Being an avid walker and a pillar in her own community, we know she would have been so proud!

Whether you are out on the course to break records, sip coffee with friends, start your Thanksgiving burning off a few calories, or simply to support us...we cannot thank you enough!

Below is the schedule of events along with some pertinent info. We are very excited to share our Thanksgiving morning with you!

7:30am - Registration opens at Maplewood Park for packet pickup

8:15am - 1 mile fun run for kids 14 & under (parents may join; only kids will be timed)

8:30am - 5K for all participants

Parking is available in the Maplewood Park lot just off of Clay Ct (access on Hazel)

- All 1 mile participants (14 & under) will receive a medal

- Top 3 overall male and top 3 overall female finishers participating in the 5K will receive a medal and a prize!

- Swag bags will be guaranteed to all participants who sign up by 11/6/24

- Volunteers will get a special commemorative gift
