The 1st annual Bridge Runners 5K is a truly unique event! The race will see you make 12 bridge crossings on this 4 loop course, along (and across!) the Tay River. Registration will include a fine Bridge Masters craft ale brewed fresh right at the start line! But the catch? In good Scots fashion, you will consume the ale in four equal parts during the race - 5 ounces for each race loop!
The post race St Andrew's Day celebration is sure to be grand. And our artisan designed medal worthy of the day! While a kilt is not required, there is rumour of a prize for best "Scottish" dressed.
Registration is limited - register early. I can already hear the bagpipes!
This event is organized by the Bridge Runners Lagers & Joggers Club. We run/jog/walk 5K every Tuesday at 6pm at the brewery. We are grateful for the support of our sponsor Bridge Masters Brewing Company of Perth, Ontario. They will act as host for our pre-race bib pickup (1pm-2:45pm on race day), and post race fun.
