This event is hosted by Cannonsburg in conjunction with the Gone Boarding program in Forest Hills and Burton Snowboards. Your K-2nd grade students will be learning how to snowboard in their PE classes from December 2-13. This event is an opportunity to get them on snow for an introductory experience with Cannonsburg snowboard instructors and the Gone Boarding students. They will get some basic skill development and also be given an introduction to Cannonsburg Ski and Snowboard Area. This event is only open to students K-2nd grade in the Forest Hills Elementary Schools. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP YOUR CHILD - YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP AS AN ADULT/PARENT. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR STARTING TIME.
The registration fee is not refundable as we are ordering t-shirts for every participant. You MUST show up at your scheduled time to receive your t-shirt. We will not be able to hold/deliver unless the event is canceled.
If you would like to make an additional donation, it will go into a scholarship fund for our Gone Boarding students being able to pay for their boards and potential field trip opportunities. THANK YOU!!!
