2025 Lindsay Milk Run

Join us for the annual Lindsay Milk Run featuring a 5K, 10K, and the Kids Fun Run — happening on Sunday, July 20, 2025!

• 10K: 8:00 AM

• Kids Fun Run (500m): 8:10 AM

• 5K: 8:25 AM

💲 Registration Fees

What’s Included:
All participants receive a finisher medal, race-branded beach towel (5K/10K) or goodie bag (500m), plus post-race refreshments.

Kids Fun Run (500m) – NEW!

• All tiers: $20

Tiered Pricing for 5K / 10K:

Tier One (Jan 31 – Apr 30, 2025)

• 5K: $40

• 10K: $45

Tier Two (May 1 – July 16, 2025)

• 5K: $55

• 10K: $55

Note:
Entry fees are non-refundable. Transfers allowed until June 20, 2025, via Race Roster (admin fee applies).

👥 Team Divisions (5K/10K Only)

Teams must run the same distance (5K or 10K).

• Team size: 4–12 participants

• Team deadline: Wednesday, July 16 at 4:00 PM

• Prizes awarded to fastest 5K and 10K teams (average time of all members)

• All team members are eligible for individual awards as well.

⚠️ No changes or additions to teams after the deadline. No exceptions.

📍 Location: Lobby, Lindsay Recreation Complex

• Saturday, July 19: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Race Day (Sunday): 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM

5K Divisions:

• 14 & under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+

10K Divisions:

• 19 & under, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
