2025 Barks & Brews 5K Vendor & Sponsor Application
Join us as a sponsor or vendor for the Barks & Brews 5K on Memorial Day 2025. Approximately 1,400 runners and walkers are expected between the 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Walk.
Brewery
We will provide ice, cups and a 6’ table. You just need to bring the beer (cans or keg), a branded banner or 10x10 tent (if available), and a helper or two. The time commitment will be from 7:45-10:30am.
As a brewery partner, your logo will be featured on our marketing materials, website homepage, email blasts to our database of 40,000 runners, social channels and on the back of the event shirt.
To offset your costs, we would like to offer you $100 if you commit before May 10th. To confirm your interest and intent to participate, please complete the Brewery Application and submit it as soon as possible.
Vendor Space
For only $150 you can promote your business or organization in-person to Barks & Brews 5K participants and spectators in the post-race festival near the finish line. You will receive a 10' x 10' space with the option to rent a white canopy tent for $50. A 6' table and two chairs are included.
Great Dane (Presenting Sponsor) - SOLD
The presenting sponsor is limited to one company and includes the following benefits:
- Company name included as Presenting Sponsor in Barks & Brews 5K title
- Listed as a sponsor of the race on all press releases, print advertising, and email marketing
- Company logo included on the official race website and linked to your company website
- Company logo on the back of race t-shirts
- Receive public address announcements periodically during the course of the event
- Space for your signage/banner at the start/finish line

Retriever (Photo Sponsor) - $2,500
The photo sponsor is limited to one company and includes the following benefits:
