Please ensure you are 100% committed to and available for the positions you are registering for. Volunteer package is only available to those who have completed their task.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age, as of event day.

Logger Sports Parking Director
You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly
Registration (Saturday Afternoon)
4 hour time commitment (Approximately 2:30pm - 6:30pm)
You will be situated at Squamish Valley Golf Club under the registration tents
You will be interacting with riders and assisting with: plate pick-up, timing chip pick up, ID validation, waiver signing
This is a social position requiring leadership abilities and organizational skills
You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly
Registration (Sunday Morning)
4-6 hour time commitment (approximately 7am - 12pm)
You will be situated at Squamish Valley Golf Club under the registration tents
You will be interacting with riders and assisting with: plate pick-up, timing chip pick-up, ID validation, waiver signing
This is a social position requiring leadership abilities and organizational skills
You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly
Apres Entry (Sunday Afternoon)
4-5 hour time commitment (approximate start time 12pm)
You will be situated at Squamish Valley Golf Club under the registration tents
You will be interacting with riders and assisting with: timing chip hand in, ID validation, and handing out drink/dinner tickets, and managing entires into apres venue
This is a social position requiring leadership abilities and organizational skills
You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly
Volunteer Check-in
You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly.
This is a social position requiring leadership abilities and organizational skills
Race Start Sign-In / Controller (Sunday Morning)
You will be interacting with riders and assisting with: managing the flow as riders leave race start at Squamish Valley Golf Club.
You may request to volunteer with up to 2 friends for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly.
Stage Start Timer (on course)
If you are hoping to volunteer on a specific course length (full, short, or classics) please notify us in the space provided on registration.
You will be required to bike or hike to a location on course with a backpack holding timing equipment which is less than 10 lbs - we do not provide the backpack. (Full Course requires you to be comfortable on double black trails)
This position requires 2 volunteers for each location - You may request to volunteer with a friend for this role (both individuals need to register through race roster) or you may register individually and will be assigned accordingly.
Stage starts are fun, outgoing and social positions requiring leadership abilities and organizational skills
This position will include a packed lunch provided by Nesters Market
Stage Finish Timer (on course)
6 hour time commitment (morning - afternoon) start times vary / earliest start 7:30am
If you are hoping to volunteer on a specific course length (full, short, or classics) please notify us in the space provided on registration.
You will be required to bike or hike to a location on course with a backpack holding timing equipment which is less than 10 lbs - we do not provide the backpack. (Full Course requires volunteer to be comfortable on double black trails)
This is a solo volunteer position, requiring the ability to cheer on riders as they pass. No direct conversation or leadership is required
This position will include a packed lunch provided by Nesters Market
On Course Marshall
6 hour time commitment (start time varies /earliest start 7:30am)
Requires management of racers crossing non-race trails

This is a solo volunteer position
Course Forerunner (riding on race day)
E-bike is allowed for this role
You will be required to stop if there is an issue with the course/race tape in stage (i.e. fallen tree, tape torn down, etc)

On-Course Medic
Requires being positioned at a technical section on course and communicating with the lead medic, as part of a large team of medics
Will require some online coordination with lead medic team before event
