1. Is the registration fee refundable?
No, the registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds are only available if the race organizers decide to cancel the event. Additionally, refunds may be issued if there are changes made by us that impact your participation.
2. When is the Harvard World Model United Nations Run event?
The event is scheduled for March 9, 2025.
3. Where is the venue of the Harvard World Model United Nations Run?
The venue for the event is on Roxas Boulevard.
4. What will I get if I register?
All participants will receive a race kit, which includes:
- A singlet
- A race bib
- A finisher's medal
- A tote bag
- A trophy (Top 3 of each category)
- A finisher's shirt (10KM Runners only)
5. Can I still change my assigned T-shirt size?
Shirt sizes can be changed by notifying the race organizer before February 22, 2025. After this date, the selected size will be final and cannot be modified or exchanged. Please refer to the table below:

6. Will there be onsite registration on race day?
None. The online registration period ends on March 1, 2025, and there will be no registration available.
7. What time should I arrive for the event?
Please arrive at least one hour before your race category starts to claim your race kit. Refer to the schedule below:

8. I registered but won’t be able to attend on race day. Can I still claim my finisher’s token after the event?
No, the finisher’s token can only be claimed during the race event itself.
9. I already registered but decided to change my race category. Is this possible?
No, once registered, the race category cannot be changed, as registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. How many pets can I bring to the fun run?
Pets are welcome to join for free only in the designated 1 km pet run. Each participant is limited to bringing one dog.
11. I have already paid for the designated 3KM Pet Run, but I want to withdraw my registration due to the change in distance from 3KM to 1KM. Can I get a refund?
Yes, you are eligible for a refund only for this reason. Moreover, participants also have the option to transfer their registration to the 1KM Pet Run instead. Those who choose to transfer will receive PHP 200 as a refund for the price difference.
12. Will there be water stations along the route?
Yes, water and cooling stations will be available at designated points along the race route.
13. Are there medical aid stations available during the event?
Yes, medical teams and aid stations will be present at key locations throughout the race for participants' safety.
14. Can I run with a stroller or baby jogger?
For safety reasons, strollers, baby joggers, or any wheel-run objects are not allowed on the course other than the official race and medical vehicles.
15. Is there a baggage deposit area?
Yes, a baggage deposit area will be available. However, the organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
16. Will there be parking available at the venue?
Parking areas are available near Roxas Boulevard, but space may be limited. Participants are encouraged to arrive early. Please note that parking is not managed by the event organizers.
17. Can I wear headphones or earphones during the race?
While not prohibited, wearing headphones is discouraged to ensure participants are aware of their surroundings.
18. Will the event continue if it rains?
Yes, the event will proceed rain or shine unless severe weather conditions pose a safety risk. Any updates will be announced by the organizers.
19. Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can’t attend?
No, registrations are non-transferable.
20. Will there be an official race photographer?
Yes, official race photographers will be capturing moments during the event, and photos will be available on the event’s official page after the race.
21. Is there a group registration?
Yes, there is a group registration. This can be done by adding another registrant in the registration process.
22. Will there be group registration discount?
Yes, there will be a group registration discount of 20%. However, this is only applicable for groups of 10 or more.
