Day of Details

The momboss market will be open for shopping throughout the morning. Prize drawings from our generous giveaway sponsors will be announced throughout the morning. Please remember to bring money for shopping in the market and a photo ID for your complimentary cocktail/mocktail. Additional drinks are available for purchase.

General Order of Events

8:30am: Doors Open & Registration begins

9:00am: Pre-Race Stretch

9:05am: Race starts

9:30am: Morning Retreat Begins

10:30am: Short Welcome + Sponsor Thank you's

10:35am: Announce Top 3 finishers

10:40am: momboss grant recipient announcement

12:00pm: Event Ends

Weather: Rain or Shine we will still host the event. If there is a severe weather related warning issued we will determine and communicate next steps via social media and the website.

Parking: There is limited parking so please plan to carpool if you are able. We will have parking attendants on site to ensure a safe flow of traffic and redirect to other parking options if needed.

Spectators: NO SPECTATORS allowed due to limited capacity and limited parking

NO Littles + NO Strollers: We love our littles but this event is just for YOU so please leave them at home. Must be 21 or older to participate. If you are a nursing mother and need special arrangements to pump, please email johnell@coveyevents.com and we will gladly make accommodations for you during the event.

Please keep in mind we are a small event business and the costs to put on this event are no longer returnable to us. Therefore, at this time no refunds will be available unless special circumstances are approved by the event committee.
