Pre-Run Kit Pick-Up
We strongly encourage participants to pick up their run kits before event day to avoid long line-ups and unnecessary stress.
To pick up your run kit, you will need:
- Your bib number (emailed to you during run week)
- A piece of photo identification
If you are picking up a kit for a friend, you will need:
- Their bib number (emailed during run week) OR
- A copy of their confirmation email AND
- Written authorization (via email, text, or direct message) confirming you have permission to collect their kit on their behalf

Thursday, September 25, and Friday, September 26, 2025, from 11 am to 7 pm.
Run Day Kit Pick-Up
Run Day Kit Pick-Up is very busy, and line-ups are to be expected. Please allow ample time to collect your kit and prepare for your run.
To pick up your run kit, you will need:
- Your bib number (emailed to you during run week)
- A piece of photo identification
There will be no run day registration.

Run Kit Policy
It is the participant’s responsibility to pick up their run kit at the North York YMCA or on Run Day.
- Run kits will not be mailed before or after the event.
- Swag will not be available after the event has taken place.
