The more women move, the better women feel.
Yet, over half of the women are dropping out or stopping exercise completely, and all women are facing a myriad of barriers to exercise throughout their lifetime.
This International Women’s Day, BackRoads London and ASICS Canada are coming together to change that. Join us on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, for BackRoads' inaugural International Women's Day Walk/Run—an event open to everyone who champions women in sport.
Following the walk/run, we’ll host a powerful panel of local women who are breaking barriers and inspiring more women to move their minds. Among them, we’re celebrating leaders like Susana Rosales, who are making a real difference in closing the gender exercise gap.
A minimum $5 donation at registration will go directly to Fast and Female.
