Our 6 part Extra Mile Clinic will cover everything you need to know to take your running to the next level. Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your form or a seasoned runner aiming for a new personal best, this clinic is for you!
Our expert speakers will be on hand to provide tips and tricks for maximizing your performance, preventing injuries, and setting achievable goals. You'll also have the chance to connect with fellow runners and share your experiences.
