Welcome to the 2025 Tour of Cowaramup!
Now in its second year, this event is uniquely designed for safety and community support. Organized by the Perth Integrated Events Team (PIET) to support PCA Help, it builds on our experience with the Tour de Gracetown while introducing exciting new features.

Event Information
Event Date: Sunday, 12th October 2025
Start Times:
Saturday 11th Oct – Matinee
Collect your event bibs, merchandise and wine orders from 1 pm to 3 pm at Juniper Estate
Sunday 12th Oct – Event Day
- 6:30 - 7:30 am: Event sign in / Event bib pick up at Juniper Estate
- 7:30 am: Registration and sign in closes - no exceptions for late arrivals
- 7:40 am: Safety Briefing for ALL riders at Juniper Estate
- 8:00: Riders depart Juniper Estate

- All registrations submitted and accepted requires payment in full.
- There are no refunds or part payments permitted.
- There are no transfer of registrations from one rider to another. This will invalidate the insurance coverage of the rider for this event and they will be liable for any injuries, accidents or death that may occur during this event.
- This Event refers to the time of official commencement by the Event Director and the time of official closure. Start and end times of this event will be posted to Participants and they will receive support only during these official Event times.
- Participants will receive emailed information about the closer to the date of the event.
- All maps and GPX / TCX files pertaining to this event will also be emailed to participants closer to the date of the event.
- Participants aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult rider. Riders under 12yrs are not permitted.
- This is an Open Road event and the WA Road Rules apply. There will therefore be no closed roads but speed reduction and event notification signs with traffic management input will be provided as well as event signage.
- All participants are encouraged to stop at the designated water stops noting the summer weather and need for dehydration prevention.
- All participants must also carry their designated Mobile Phone whose number is registered in this registration.
- Participants who are feeling unwell or unfit on the day of the event are encouraged not to participate since this event involves hill climbing on the bike as well as descents.
- Participants family members and or supporters are not permitted to follow them on the route as this will cause congestion and increased risk to other participants and other road users. They are welcome to support you at the strategic locations on the route but their vehicle needs to be parked in a safe and responsible manner and not be an obstruction to emergency vehicles and other road users.
- The use of a mobile phone and public speaker with music is not permitted while riding the bike.
