Run with Her

Presented by Local Shoppers Drug Mart


Lace-up your running shoes and come support a great cause as we raise awareness and funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter.

The 5K race will take place on September 28th at 9:30 am at McHugh Park. Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre.

ALL 5k REGISTRANTS RECEIVE A PREMIUM SWAG BAG FROM SHOPPERS DRUG MART AND WELCOME CENTRE. Available for 5k registrants only.

All fitness levels are welcome!

New walkers and runners are encouraged to join us!

The course will take you through scenic routes in the park, and we'll have an aid station along the way to keep you hydrated.

Every registration includes a Dri-fit race shirt. Every finisher receives a Run With Her medal.

In addition to the race, we'll have a Kid's Run with a variety of fun activities for participants and their families to enjoy. Some of the fun sponsors and partners we'll have on site include Tim Hortons, No Frills, Cool FM, and fun activities for the kids! We'll have music and prizes! Plus, you'll have the chance to meet and connect with other members of the community who are passionate about making a difference.

New this year for our runners looking for a little challenge: Prizes!

For our 5k runners, there will be women's and men's prizes for top overall finishers. Shoppers Gift Cards in $75, $50, and $25 denominations for top 3 in each division.


IMPORTANT: Race packet pickup will take place September 25-27 from 9 to 6 at the Shoppers Drug Mart, Tecumseh Mall location at 7720 Tecumseh Rd E ( Lauzon Road and Tecumseh Road E). Packet pickup is NOT available on race day at McHugh Park.
