What do the proceeds of this event go toward?
Help us reach our goal of $150,000 in support of Cleveland Sight Center – where we believe the quality of one’s sight does not determine the quality of one’s life. Funds raised will support the blind and visually impaired community by ensuring they have the tools and training to navigate the visual world.
These tools and training include:
- Teaching a family with a baby how to adapt household items and toys to meet developmental milestones.
- Ensuring children and adults have the assistive technology they need to succeed in school and work.
- Providing low vision exams and training on many technologies and tools that allow individuals to live the lives they want with the vision they have.
- Continuing to advocate for a world where the quality of one's sight does not determine the quality of one's life.
- And so much more.
