For participating in 2025 White Cane Walk

Our story…

You may know that I serve on the board of the Cleveland Sight Center (CSC), which provides personalized support to Northeast Ohioans with low to no vision. This year marks the 20th anniversary of CSC’s White Cane Walk.

It’s a family-friendly event with music, activities, and ice cream — but most importantly, it supports a future where sight doesn’t determine the quality of one’s life. Thanks to your generous support, CSC continues to offer tools, training, and opportunities that empower individuals to live with confidence and independence.

This cause is especially close to my heart.  My grandfather had macular degeneration, was a CSC client, and the care he received continues to inspire me to help ensure that the same support is available for future generations.

I’m proud to lead a walk team — Waltzing with Walters — and I’d appreciate your support as we work toward CSC’s fundraising goal of $150,000. Every donation, big or small, helps make a lasting impact.

Thank you for considering a donation — and if you’re interested in joining me on the morning of the 31st, please let me know. I’d love a walking buddy (or a few)! 😀

Love and hugs!
