Online registration will remain open until 7am on ride day/approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time. It's important to note that same day registration will only be available in a paperless fashion. You'll be directed here to the RWGPS event and then to the corresponding Race Roster link to sign up, sign the liability waiver, and pay via PayPal or Venmo. Once you show us your phone so we can see you've completed it, we'll hand you your route profile sticker, and you'll be ready to roll! We appreciate your understanding.
**While registering, please consider ordering event T-shirts for yourself and your entire family to support all GCBC events for the year!
Police traffic control and road markings/signage will both be present but limited, so all participants should download routes to their computers, plan to play the route from their RWGPS app on their phone, or carry printed turn-by-turn directions with them. For instructions on how to download routes to your Garmin, Wahoo, or other computer, see the Ride With GPS Help page at https://support.ridewithgps.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419007646235-Export-File-Formats and your computer’s documentation.
The route profile stickers/providing navigational cues we are including for all participants regardless of when they register will also be very helpful to have. They are designed to be placed physically on your bike's frame, so you can look down and know when the next turn is coming without having to change your positioning on the bike. **The route profile stickers have been confirmed for accuracy!
Required staggered start times & tips:
~ 35 and 70 milers will go off at 7:30am. 35 milers are going to be strongly recommended in particular to stop at the first rest stop about 8.5 mi in, because the next rest stop opportunity will not be till mi 26.5
~ 16 milers will go off 30 minutes later at 8am. Starting any earlier will mean your only tented and fully stocked rest stop will not be available to you because they will not be set up yet. If you'll wait to start at 8am so you can enjoy that rest stop, you'll be happy you did!
Tented, fully stocked rest stops, including a brand new Granny's Alliance port a potty at each:
~ 16 mi route will have only one aid station at mi 7.4 (Oil Well Rd and Big Four Rd). Again super critical you don't start with the middle to long distance riders, that you wait 30 min till your 8am start time so our amazing volunteers are all set up for you!
~ 35 mi route will have one aid station but you'll cross it twice- at mi 8.5 and mi 26.5 (Oil Well Rd and Big Four Rd). In our opinion, we feel it's critical that you don't skip the first rest stop- go ahead and take the rest and enjoy it!
~ 70 mi route will have 2 different aid stations that will be crossed 4 times- first at mi 8.5 and last at mi 62 (Oil Well Rd and Big Four Rd) and the second at mi 22.5 and third at mi 48.5 (Ramsey Springs Fire Station)
Sketches by Ciara Fountain, the talented local artist who's helped us to redesign the club logo and all event logos this year, will be happening during our post ride celebration!

We will have:
~ almond butter and honey sandwiches
~ orange slices
