Get ready to conquer your spring races with Fleet Feet’s Spring Strides Running Program! Whether you’re tackling your first 5K or aiming for a half marathon PR, we’re here to help you achieve your goals.
This 10-week program includes in-person speed training sessions every Wednesday, as well as a full training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks, giving you daily guidance for running, cross-training, and recovery.
Work with Fleet Feet coaches in-person on Wednesdays. Stay accountable with guidance from an online coach every step of the way.
No matter your experience level, you'll receive expert coaching to help you stay motivated, train smart, and reach your race day goals!

Training Plan
Your training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is periodized to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.
Coaching
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized feedback along the way. On Wednesdays you'll have the opportunity to work with coaches one-on-one at the group runs. You can message your online coach throughout the week via TrainingPeaks. Community
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. Join the Fleet Feet Training community on Slack to plan group runs throughout the week, share your accomplishments (and selfies!), seek encouragement, and empower others with a like or a comment!
Days, Times, and Locations
Sacramento: Wednesdays at 5:45 AM and 6:00 PM. Most runs take place in Land Park or along the American River Parkway.
Davis and Elk Grove: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Most runs start at Fleet Feet Davis/Elk Grove or local parks.
Registration Details
Training fee does not include any race entry fee.
Dogs are prohibited at group training runs.
