Get ready for 2025 Veteran Games.

Welcome to team registration, have a read of the information provided and fill out the online registration form to secure your place.

**Limited to only 20 teams**

DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

EVENT DATES:

Saturday 11th - Sunday 12th October 2025

(Approx 9am - 5pm both days)

Cost: per person.

Early Bird - (01 Feb - 31 May) $100

Standard - (01 June - 31 Aug) $125

Rush Rate - (01 Sept- 26 Sept) $150

Registrations open: 01 Feb 2025
Registrations close: 26 Sept 2025

Refunds policy: 50% refund will be available for teams unable to compete who withdraw prior to 01 Sept 2025. After this date, no refund will be offered.

Registration updates: Any updates to your registration can be made through the Race Roster login which will be provided upon initial registration.

During the games you will be required to wear:

- Camouflage pants (your choice)
- Boots (your choice)
- T-Shirt (provided)

Accommodation:

All events will be based at Numinbah Valley, Gold Coast Hinterland, and will be required to fund your own travel and accommodation.

If you are interested in camping, their is a campground 3kms up the road with showers and toilets - https://www.numinbahtrails.com/camping

And we are currently working on other accommodation options and discounts for you in the Gold Coast so please stay tuned for more information.

Know your Team:

Teams of 10 - including 8 competitors + 2 reserves.

Before you hit the registration button, get your team together (this is part of the fun & challenge) call up old mates, put a shoutout on social media, go and connect with other Veterans and get your team together. There must be a team captain, that registers first and registers the team name - once this has been completed - you can register yourself.

Please note: You will have to know and select your team name in the registration section.

Please also note: You only need the team captain to register first to secure your team's spot - incase you need more time to get the gang together.
