My Story…
Please join me in supporting the very important cause of men's mental health. Many men are taught in their youth that it is a sign of weakness to express or share their emotions. This, coupled with societal stigma, make them reluctant to seek help when they suffer from mental illness. The result is that men commit 75-80% of all suicides .
