Help Us Support Rainbow Refugee and Save Lives 🌈

This year, members of the Pomerleau BC team are proud to participate in the Vancouver Pride Run and Walk to raise funds for Rainbow Refugee, an inspiring organization that supports LGBTQ+ individuals fleeing persecution and seeking safety in Canada.

At Pomerleau, we believe in building more than just infrastructure. We are committed to creating a more inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society. That’s why we’re coming together this Pride Month to support a cause that truly saves lives.

Today, I have the freedom to live openly, work proudly as an Environmental Coordinator, and contribute to our EDI Committee at Pomerleau. Around the world, many LGBTQ+ individuals still face violence, discrimination, and fear simply for being who they are. Rainbow Refugee provides vital support to help them rebuild their lives with dignity, freedom, and hope.

We are running to celebrate diversity, to uplift voices that are still silenced, and to reaffirm our commitment to equity and inclusion. As a team, we are proud to work for a company that stands for human rights, community, and pride — not just in words, but in action.
