St. Paddy's GO GREEN 5K
A pet-friendly 5K community fun run/walk event and fundraiser for the Poway High School Boys Lacrosse team will be held on March 16th, 2025, at 9 a.m. at Lake Poway.
General Information:
Runners, walkers, and (leashed) dogs of all ages are invited to attend. The course will go around Lake Poway on a beautiful trail. All participants are encouraged (but not required) to come in their St. Paddy's costume.
The run/walk start is at 9 a.m. at Lake Poway. The start line will be located at the upper parking lot on the south side of the park. 14678 Lake Poway Road, Poway, CA 92064.

Race packet pick-up starts at 8 a.m. next to the start line.
Awards for top runners and best human/dog costume at 10:30 a.m.
All proceeds from the event go to the Poway Lacrosse Foundation to support the PHS Boys Lacrosse team. Public school provides limited funding for the lacrosse program, so money raised will go toward travel expenses, coaching staff, fields, referees, uniforms, and equipment costs.
There is a $10 non-resident parking fee at Lake Poway on the day of the event. Poway residents and active military are free with valid proof of residency/ID and may obtain a resident sticker at the Lake Poway entry station or office.
