Support Our Family & RMH Through the Big Red Shoe Run! Our journey began when our twins arrived at just 28 weeks, far earlier than we ever expected. As if the challenges of prematurity weren’t enough, one of our sweet babies was also born with a congenital heart defect, requiring extensive medical care. Through every uncertain moment, Ronald McDonald House (RMH) became our home away from home. For over 100 days, RMH provided us with a place to rest, recharge, and stay close to our babies. The comforts of the Cart with a Heart—were an incredible blessing more times than we can count. Now, we have the opportunity to give back and help other families in similar situations by participating in the Big Red Shoe Run.
