Join us at the Stratford Perth Museum on Sunday, June 22nd or choose to Hike on your Site - whether that be at a family cottage, at your workplace or in your neighbourhood - as part of this year's annual Hike for Hospice!
Regardless of how, when, and where you choose to Hike, please join us at 10:30 am on Hike day for a BBQ lunch, music, games, and more!
Returning this year: the Memorial Hikers' Wall. Please submit your story* to be displayed in our hospice home pre-event, and then again on event day at the venue (*please keep in mind space is limited).

Hike day Details:
- 10:30 am Registration opens and pre-hike activities begin
- 11:00 am Formal greetings & moment of reflection
- 11:15 am Walk as a group
- 11:30 am BBQ lunch, music and activities for all ages
- 12:00 pm Fundraising update

Hike on Your Site Details:
- Hike anywhere, anytime the week of June 15 - 22, 2025
- Set a goal for your team ($350 pays for a day of care for one resident room, keep this in mind!)
- Recruit your colleagues, friends, family and classmates
- Challenge and compete for bragging rights!
- Join us on Hike day to reflect and celebrate the impact of your giving
Put Your Best Foot Forward - Hike for Hospice Socks!
These fun and unique socks will be available for purchase for $10 (+ processing fee) through our Hike registration page, as well as on the day of the event. For every pair of socks purchased, three pairs will be donated to a the Stratford Connection Centre, supporting those experiencing homelessness in our community.
We encourage all hikers to share your hike with us! Post your hike photos and tag @RotaryHospice on Instagram and @RotaryHospiceStratfordPerth on Facebook; we want to hear about your Hike for Hospice experience!
Please know, however and whenever you choose to take your steps, your actions will have an impact on all those who will call Rotary Hospice home.
There is no cost for an individual to stay at Rotary Hospice, however, there is a cost to operate our hospice home. Rotary Hospice must fundraise $350 per day, per room.
