My Story…

My mom (Shirley Walker) was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in January 2022. For 8 months the cancer NEVER slowed her down. She continued to be a volunteer for the National Guard Foundation as well as being the State Treasurer for the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She was an angel to everyone she knew and “no” was never in her vocabulary.
