At F45 Uptown Denver, we believe in the power of community, strength, and showing up for each other—in and out of the studio. This year, we’re lacing up our shoes for something bigger than fitness. We’re proud to honor one of our own, a true warrior and cancer survivor who continues to inspire us with her resilience, courage, and unstoppable spirit. She’s a reminder that every step forward—no matter how tough—is worth taking. We’re running a 5K in her honor, and every dollar raised will go toward support programs of the the Colorado Women’s Cancer Alliance.
