My Story…
FVSU is more than an institution of higher learning. It's a family. A family of doctors, educators, accountants, scientists, veterinarians, police officers, counselors, and everyone in between! This institution, as far as I’m concerned, is anything but mediocre.
FVSU is an innovator in agricultural research, contributing to advancements in food security, environmental sustainability, and rural economic development.
Our CDEP program creates leaders in the energy industry.
Countless young people have started their bright young lives, both within their tenure at FVSU and after graduation.
But more than that, FVSU is teachers who care to know you by your name & not a number, Peach ice cream that makes you drool at the thought, and bonded friendships that become an unbreakable sisterhood / brotherhood.
Again, it's more than an HBCU. It's THEE mighty blue & gold FVSU!
