Rochester Women’s 4-Mile Race

This incredible race is open to anyone who identifies as female, and anyone under 18 races for free! This year, we're giving away custom Nomadix Fitness Towels to the first 200 registrants for the 4-Mile Run. We'll have post-race refreshments, prizes for the top 3 overall in the 4-Mile Run, plus age group awards for the top finisher in each age group.

This flat, fast, event starts and ends at the Silver Lake East Shelter and includes 2 loops around Silver Lake. Start/finish will take place on the east side of Silver Lake.

All runners under 18 run free, cost will be reflected at checkout.

Diapers and Wipes Drive for Jeremiah Program

We are hosting a diapers and wipes drive for our friends at the Jeremiah Program in conjunction with the Rochester Women's 4-Mile race. They have a strong need for diaper sizes 5 and 6 as well as diaper wipes. Preferred brands include Pampers, Huggies, and Kirkland (Costco).

Runners that donate any amount of diapers and/or wipes are eligible for a bonus raffle ticket. Donations can be dropped off during packet pick-up at Minnesota Treads on Friday July 25 or on race morning at the sign-in table on Saturday July 26.

Awards and Raffle Prizes

Awards

Awards will be presented for runners participating in the 4-Mile Run as follows:

  • Overall awards for 1st-3rd place finishers
  • 1st place in each of the following age groups:
    • 12 & under
    • 13-19
    • 20-29
    • 30-39
    • 40-49
    • 50-59
    • 60-69
    • 70 & over

Overall award winners will not be eligible for age group awards

Raffle

All registered in-person runners in the 4-Mile Run will be eligible and automatically entered into the race raffle. You do not need to be present to win at the time of the drawing, but we do hope you'll stick around!

Friday July 25

Packet Pick-Up: 3PM-6PM at Minnesota Treads

  • Pick-up your race packets, race swag, and drop off donations for the Jeremiah Program. In-person registration will be available.

Saturday July 26

6:15AM-7:30AM: Packet pick-up and diapers and wipes donation drop-off

7:15AM: Warm-up led by Amplify: A Lagree Fitness Studio for the Girls' 1-Mile Fun Run

7:30AM: Girls' 1-Mile Fun Run

7:45AM: Warm-up led by Amplify: A Lagree Fitness Studio for the Women's 4-Mile Run

8AM: Women's 4-Mile Run

8:30AM-11AM: Post-Race Festivities

9:30AM: Last chance to drop off your diapers and wipes donation for a bonus raffle ticket for the Raffle Prize Drawing

10AM (approximate): Raffle Prize drawing and Awards Ceremony

Virtual Race

Packet Pick-Up: Packet pick-up will be available at Minnesota Treads beginning on Wednesday July 23.

Race Dates: Virtual participants will have from Thursday July 24 through Wednesday July 30 to complete and submit their race results.
