Breast cancer first entered my life when my sister was diagnosed. I watched her face it with courage and grace, never imagining I’d be next.

Despite staying on top of my routine mammograms, I was diagnosed with breast cancer too—a moment that completely shifted my world. I underwent a double mastectomy, and a year later, a hysterectomy. I tested negative for genetic markers, but cancer still found its way to me.

Today, I am cancer-free. But more than that, I’m stronger, more grounded, and deeply connected to everyone who’s been through this fight.
