Black Runners of the GTA (BRGTA) and the Canada Running Series Foundation (CRS Foundation) present Scarborough's Very Own 5K + 1K Kids Run at Morningside Park.
Get out and help raise money for Boys & Girls Club of East Scarborough (BGC East Scarborough).
The Scarborough 5K exists to uplift the Scarborough community and to encourage new runners to experience the benefits of running.
It’s an annual family and community event with amazing finisher souvenirs!
Rally your friends, family, and community groups to raise funds for our charity partner.
Event registration includes a mandatory minimum $15 donation, with all proceeds going to our charity partner.

Course Map
Same great 5K course as last year!
Please note that the party site & part of the course is on city maintained grass and tends to have some uneven terrain. The 5K course includes a variety of surfaces including grass, forestry, hills and paved path.
1K kids race just goes out 500m from the start and then back finish at the same place they started!
