The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Women's Training Program is a comprehensive 16-week plan, designed to prepare women for both full and half marathon distances.
Starting on June 30th, this women-led/women-curated program offers a structured training schedule, based on your goals for the race. Each week will also feature a guest speaker who will provide insights and tips on topics specifically relevant to women training for a marathon.
From nutrition and injury prevention to mental resilience and race day strategies, these sessions are designed to support and empower female runners.
The program culminates in the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon on October 19th, guiding participants every step of the way towards achieving their running goals.
