Raise money for 3rd Street Youth Center and Clinic
3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic was founded in 2005 and serves young people ages 12-27 in San Francisco through comprehensive health and empowerment services. 3rd Street operates a full-service healthcare clinic while providing vital support through housing assistance, counseling, workforce development, and youth leadership programs.
3rd Street’s 75-bed shelter, the Lower Polk TAY Navigation Center (The Nav), stands as a beacon of hope for young people aged 18-27 transitioning out of homelessness in San Francisco. This welcoming 24/7 shelter transforms lives by providing not just a warm bed, meals, and safe storage, but the comprehensive support needed to build a stable future. Young residents receive personalized counseling, case management, and support with their educational and career goals – all in a nurturing environment that even welcomes their beloved pets. Centrally located in the city, The Nav empowers vulnerable youth to overcome systemic barriers and write new chapters of independence and wellness during their journey to permanent housing.
