We will be cupless again this year!! There will be no cups out on the course but you can either bring your own or purchase a Hydrapak SpeedCup for $5 at registration. Purchasing a cup is optional but are yours to keep and continue to use at other events. They will be delivered at packet pickup. Help us to continue to make NedNed a more sustainable event.

The 10K and 1/2 Marathon (Runners only please) will take you on dirt roads and single track trails as you push yourself on these challenging courses and immerse yourself in the history and beauty of the area.

5K This long-time race is family friendly and you are welcome to run with your dog on a leash only in the 5K. Costumes are encouraged!

Race Day Bib Pickup will be available at TEENS, Inc..
