Our story…

Join LMV Law on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 for the 2025 UniversalCare Strides for Seniors event to support CIBPA PLACE, York Region's first Residential Respite Dementia Care Centre. The family-friendly event features a 5km and 2.5km route throughout North Maple Regional Park and offers a fun-filled day that will be much more than just a run in the park. 

This year, our 2025 Strides for Seniors fundraising goal is $600k, which will go toward our $3.6 million campaign goal that will fund the purchase, renovation and maintenance of CIBPA PLACE. This unique residential setting will offer individuals living with dementia and other related diseases the opportunity to be cared for a short period of time.
